Royal Brandy

Born in Lisbon (Portugal), Royal Brandy loves all aspects of writing, recording, mixing and mastering. Completely self-taught and later mentored by Jordan River Banks (Killah Priest, Tragedy Khadafi), set up his own production company and music outlet – Kiss & Die. After Colton Benjamin’s debut album “Pirate Route” he took on another challenge: recording a rock album that he would like to listen to.

His influences are too many to mention. While he was born into Hip-Hop, Brandy has developed a taste for soul, rock, metal, jazz, funk and everything in between.

Currently working on his own solo projects, Brandy continues to work with independent musicians. His goal is releasing 1/2 albums every year.

Boom was born in 1993, he started playing drums at the age of 15. After listening to ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ by Guns’N Roses for the first time, he was hooked to the classic rock sound.

Boom played in different bands over the years and recently did his first American tour with the band The Meansion. His main influences are Guns’N Roses, AC/DC, WASP and a lot of other classic rockbands.

While Boom was searching for a band, he found out JET B was looking for a drummer. He auditioned right away and it was a great success! Now Boom is part of the band of JET B! It’s time to rock!

Born in 1974, the classic rock era, and raised in the 80’s, Joost started playing guitar in the 90’s. Heavily influenced by the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Richie Blackmore and later on Joe Satriani, he picked up the guitar at age 17 trying to be just as good as his heroes.

His first band Sonic69, fell appart after 12 years, and Joost teamed up with 2 former members and has played in several coverbands. While he always enjoyed playing covers, it still wasn’t satisfying enough. Joost auditioned for JET B and was chosen ammong many other great guitar players. His tone and style can be experienced live, on stage.

Jordy Visser, born in Spijkenisse (The Netherlands), is the youngest member of JET B’s band. While being 23, he started playing the piano at the age of 10.

His experience can be compared to someone twice his age, due to his long list of gigs with rock ‘n’ roll and blues bands.

Inspired by bands such as The Doors, Bob marley, Stevie wonder, JJ Cale, Supertramp, UB40, Pink Floyd and The Beatles, he still looks up to Jerry Lee Lewis, Albert Ammons, Oscar Peterson and Fats Domino. For Jordy it’s all about the soul, and music soothes the heart.

Born in Amsterdam and playing bass since he was 16, Tommy was inspired by the basslines he would hear on the classic Soul and Funk records. Later moving on to Jazz, opened the door for every other music style, from Metal to Salsa. He feels like everything is just right as long as it triggers him.

After many years playing in various styles, there’s a new chapter ahead of this left-handed bass player… And it rocks!

Born in 1990 in the city of Zwolle, Jesse has been playing guitar since she was 7, playing in bands and singing since she was 12 and knew that music was her calling.
Fast forward to holding a “Bachelor of music Education”, conservatory educated Jesse is still pursuing her higher music education, soon to be “Certified Master Teacher”.
Currently teaching guitar, singing and solfège at different music schools, she will be sharing the stage with JET B singing backing vocals.
